Renowned for his almost encyclopaedic estate agency knowledge Daniel heads up the sales department and specialises in valuing property of all styles across Newquay and Mid Cornwall. Daniel is a proud Cornishman and Newquay born. He grew up in the town centre and attended the local schools. He now lives with his wife, 4 children and 2 dogs in St Mawgan. He loves village life, but remains passionate about all things Newquay and the wonderful community which he loves to serve.
Andrew relocated from South Wales in search of the sun, surf and the social culture of Newquay back in the early 2000’s. To this day he still maintains a passion for surfing and fitness in general, but over the years has established himself as a leading light in the local lettings market. Starting and growing his previous company iMove into one of Newquay’s most successful lettings agents before merging with Newquay Property Centre in March 2018. Andrew lives in Newquay with his wife; they enjoy good food, good wine and socialising with friends and family.
Becky enjoys a mostly back office role in charge of overseeing the smooth day to day running of the business. Her calm manner is perfectly suited to looking after such a busy office. Becky grew up in Porth and attended Tretherras School; her solid academic capabilities led her onto University which she graduated with a business related degree. She first began working for Newquay Property Centre in 2006 before taking a break to have a family. When not at work she loves to walk her dogs on Porth Beach whilst exploring rock pools with her children and husband: Daniel, who she often refers to as her fifth child.
Assistant Sales Manager
Richard has estate agency in his blood following in the footsteps of his mother who worked at Newquay Property Centre for over 20 years until her retirement. He cut his teeth and learnt his trade working for a large local corporate agency before joining Newquay Property Centre in 2016. Richard is a natural born sales man and an extremely driven person, he loves nothing more than rolling up his sleeves and getting stuck in whatever the task may be, he works tirelessly for clients and will always go that extra mile. A dedicated family man Richard lives locally with his fiancée and two sons.
Danielle returned to Cornwall in early 2020 following 5 years of living and working in Gloucester. Danielle instantly stood out to us and is the perfect fit for our award winning sales team. Danielle’s strong sales background as Assistant Manager for a very high profile Gloucester based estate agent adds another dynamic to our sales team and makes us even stronger. Danielle grew up in Trewoon, St Austell, where she met her husband. They were married in 2019 on Lusty Glaze beach, Danielle has always loved Cornwall’s beautiful coastline, so getting married on the beach was an easy choice and the perfect day. Family time is very important to Danielle outside of work, she also plays netball competitively and loves sea swimming.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Richard is the quiet man of the office, predominantly office based, he without fuss diligently gets on with ensuring managed properties are well maintained. If your property has a leaky tap, Richard will ensure is fixed in no time. In addition he assists Andrew and the rest of the lettings team on everything and anything lettings related. His attention to detail was honed working for many years as a civil servant. Richard joined the team in 2011, and he has been an integral member ever since.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Alex has worked up through the ranks taking an apprenticeship in 2013 with a large local corporate agency, gaining various promotions up to Assistant Lettings Manager. He joined Newquay Property Centre in March 2018 and instantly made a huge impact. His calm, thoughtful approach means he never flusters and often finds quick solutions, perfect for working in lettings. Alex is a born and bred Cornishman and has lived in Newquay his whole life, whilst he doesn’t look like your stereotypical surf dude, apparently he’s actually quite good and is often found “out back” at his favourite surf break: Fistral.
Sarah joined Newquay Property Centre in November 2020. Sarah is a professionally trained photographer with over 10 years’ experience, who has also worked in various customer service based roles over the last 20+ years. These combined skills along with her warm, friendly personality stood out immediately to us, particularly Daniel who has personally known Sarah for nearly 40 years after they first met in Mrs Trethewey’s “Gold Class” at Trenance Infant School in 1982. Having lived her entire life in Newquay Sarah is very well known, liked and respected, we’re delighted to welcome Sarah into our award winning sales team. Outside of work Sarah’s hobby’s include socialising with friends, long walks and muddy bike rides along our beautiful rugged coastline. Sarah still lives in central Newquay with her husband and teenage son.
Amy has recently returned to work following maternity leave. She previously worked for over 7 years at a local Estate Agents in Newquay. Amy has a calm, polite, yet knowledgeable manner and is tasked with office based sales admin, such as arranging viewings, chasing feedback and dealing with emails. Amy’s lovely character makes her a brilliant first point of contact to meet and greet any prospective clients. She’s quickly established herself as a valued member of the team. Amy lives in Newquay with her husband and two sons, family time is often spent seeing our wonderful coastline on long family walks.
Georgina has a long history working in the local property market starting out in the early 1990’s with a local competitor. Over the next 25 plus years Georgina enjoyed various roles with other local firms before joining Newquay Property Centre. Georgina could be described as the glue that binds our business together. She quietly works in the office ensuring all administrative tasks are proficiently dealt with, and dare I say, nobody is quicker. Georgina has three older children and a long term partner; she lives in Newquay and can’t wait to shortly be a grandmother for the first time.
